Clearing phone history, deleting a Deep Insights profile, and canceling a subscription are different actions. Here’s how to find the one you need.

Clear history on your phone

Open Stillminute → Help → Clear history. Review the confirmation before deleting. Local records are not restored from Deep Insights. Any files you exported are separate copies; delete those where you saved them.

Stop sharing or delete Deep Insights

Open Deep Insights in the app to stop future sharing or delete your profile and its stored daily summaries. Stopping sharing does not delete earlier summaries. Profile deletion also invalidates its recovery codes and removes its contributions from future comparisons.

Request help without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Stillminute data deletion request.” Tell us that you want to delete a Deep Insights profile and whether you can still access the app.

Deep Insights profiles are not identified by your email address. We must verify that you own the profile before acting; knowing or guessing a profile ID is not enough. We’ll explain the available verification steps. Do not include your full recovery code or password in the email.

Delete testing application and access records

Contact support from the email you used to apply for testing. Tell us whether you want your application, complimentary tester access, or both removed. We verify control of that email and match the private application before deleting records. Please do not send invitation or recovery codes.

Deleting tester access removes its profile, invitations and saved access identifiers, so its codes no longer work. It does not delete local phone history, a separate Deep Insights profile or a paid subscription. Those have the separate controls described on this page.

What is retained?

Local history and Deep Insights daily summaries are normally kept for up to 90 days. Automatic cleanup depends on scheduled processing. Your app settings and purchases are separate from history. Statistics about how you use Stillminute have separate controls. Turning these off does not erase statistics already held by Google.

Cancel a subscription separately

Use Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Data deletion and uninstalling the app do not cancel billing.
